Should print and bring their poster, we will provide a tripod/wall section to hang the poster. You will be able to set it up from 08:00 in the morning of the workshop.

Poster size can be up to 3′ x 4′ (or 4′ x 3′)

Each demo presenter will be assigned a table (of size 6′ x 30″, height 30″) with two chairs, and an electricity outlet.

There will be a wireless coverage in the room. However, it is highly recommended to have a backup demo which runs locally on your computer in

case some wireless disconnection occurs. You will have to bring your own computer / laptops/ monitors. In case you want a quote for renting

a monitor for the full day you can contact shon: ”Shon Burton” <shon@wildcog.com>.

If you have any special requirements regarding the demo or poster please email me ASAP. (For example: extra electricity outlets,

splitters, special hardware, early access for the room for special setup etc. etc.)

Will be held as part of the social gathering between 17:00 – 19:00. In this period there will be no oral talks so people can hang around and view the posters and demos.
